We are a family owned business and our workers have over 30 years of experience. As our business has grown over the past years, and is still growing, we continuously expand our services and scope of projects while still maintaining the quality of work and work ethics that are rare to our industry.
Our services provide various types of work such as roofing, local law 11, waterproofing, pointing, power washing, masonry work, interior and exterior restoration/renovations, to just name a few.
All of our projects, both Prime and subcontracts, have been very successful as we are known to strive to cater to our customer’s desires while being mindful of budget constraints and local laws. Dear Valued Customers, Local Law 152 was signed into Law in 2016 as part of a package of safety regulations concerning Gas Lines for NYC Buildings. What is Local law 152? The DOB requires all buildings in New York except for occupancy group R-3 or buildings that have no more than two dwelling units. To undergo a gas line inspection once every 4 years. The inspection must be performed by a certified master plumber, and then file the report to the DOB by years end. When does my building have to file for Local Law 152?
